COMPLETION OF 3G FOOTBALL PITCH

Morning All,

I am delighted to inform you that after, months of inconvenience the project is now complete.

The project is now complete and was handed over to BPS&SC and PRFC this morning.

Bexley Park Sports & Social Club own the site and Parkwood Football Club will be in charge of day to day

Management and maintenance. So it will be a joint operation.

A 20 year, COMMUNITY USAGE AGREEMENT WAS SIGNED AND COPIED TO THE FOOTBALL FOUNDATION AND

DARTFORD BOROUGH COUNCIL BETWEEN THE TWO PARTIES.

The grounds and car parks will be free of building equipment from close of play on Wednesday.

Just to remind everyone, the 3G pitch will be in operation every day.

So it is important that Vehicles are parked with due consideration to everyone.

EMERGENCY VEHICLES NEED ACCESS 24/7 EVERYDAY, SO NO EXCUSE FOR 'BAD PARKING'.

TWO DISABLE CAR PARKING SPACES WILL BE PROVIDED IN THE REAR CAR PARK.

The Club premises and grounds will be cleaned up shortly. If any internal sports section needs to have a clear up

A 12 yard skip will be on site from Tuesday 13th August for two weeks, to remove permitted rubbish away.
